• 77fbc suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity connected to the account.

Upon permanent closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance, bonus funds, or winnings held in the account may be forfeited at 77fbc's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unconnected to a breach — such as at the player's own request or following a self-exclusion request — any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable processing checks are completed.
